Q: Can in person training be split between two people?
A: Training depends on the level, ability and goal of each client. Which means tandem training is handled on a client to client bases. Please contact regarding your specific request.
Q: How long is the consultation?
A: 30-60 Minutes
Q: What should I expect in the consultation?
A: We will discuss your movement, nutrition, regeneration, daily habits as they relate to your goal and overall health.
We will also be taking some baseline measurements and assessments so please be ready to move!
